I've been through this exact nightmare with my own sites, and usually, it happens because Bing’s algorithm flags recent content updates as spam or a quality issue, causing a sudden de-indexing. To fix this, log into Bing Webmaster Tools, check the "URL Inspection" tool to see the specific error code, and make absolutely sure your robots.txt file or meta tags aren't accidentally blocking the crawler. When this happened to me, I had to clean up my content's formatting, add a clear trademark disclaimer, and submit a manual reconsideration request directly to the Bing support team to get everything back on the first page...
