Account hacked, primary email to the account changed, stuck in support loop for 3 days.

Was recently infected with the nasty Lumma Stealer Malware and in the process of securing all my accounts and kicking out the unauthorized ones, i could not access my very old microsoft account with all my games on it. They changed the primary email so i cannot reset my password. I need an official support reprasentative to give me access back to my account. The account recovery tickets are nothing but time wasters and I have recieved no emails about any support reps actually making progress on recovering my account.

Please recover my account. I need to ensure everything that is connected to my email's are safe and secure, and I should also have access to the account that ive had for years.
