About Bing Chat Enterprise

I think some companies have banned Bing Chat for consumers.

So I wounder if Bing Chat for consumers be available when the administrator allows Bing Chat Enterprise on the network.

*I understand users have to log in with a corporate account for Bing Chat Enterprise and a personal account for Bing Chat.

When I tried it in my environment, the both URL was pretty much the same.
