I’d recommend starting with the basics so you can build a solid understanding of Azure’s core concepts and cloud footprint. A great starting point is Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
the next step would be to study for the Azure Administrator AZ-104 as suggested by lukemurraynz​ . The Microsoft learned link is shared earlier by Luke; however, I’m happy to provide both links again for your convenience.
