WVD Publish individual apps to sessions

I've created a custom image with our line of business applications in Azure WVD. MSIX AppAttach looks perfect for publishing additional individual apps (eg Photoshop or VSCode) but isn't available ...

You can publish them as RemoteApp. The RemoteApp will show up as feed in our Windows Desktop Client:

Thanks for that, but it means they have to come out of their RDP session (back to the "Remote Desktop" app) which isn't a great user experience?
