WVD Deployment Failed

In case anyone gets something similar... Following fixed the issue...
I deleted the entire resource group to start afresh, and used https://erjenrijnders.nl/2019/04/04/how-to-deploy-windows-virtual-desktop-in-azure/ along with the MS documentation.
