Windows Virtual Desktop ARM Template Change - Public IP

On December 21, 2020, all public IP address parameters will be removed from the create and provision host pool ARM template and the update existing host pool ARM template. It is best practice for WVD VMs to be without public IP. This is a breaking change, so if you have any dependencies on these parameters, please make the appropriate amends.
