Windows Virtual Desktop - Why can't I access my Remote App????

I set an Internet Explorer as the Remote app, I can saw the IE log in my remote desktop client, but there was an error of “Remote computer can’t be accessed” even it can work as Windows Desktop Application well.

What is the problem? Should I have to change some settings of my host pool?
