Windows Desktop Client 1.2.3401 / Flashing Black Screen

I can confirm this is an issue still on version 1.2.3770.0
"blinking" screen refreshes if dual monitors are in use, however on minimize issue goes away.
Also just a note, I am using 2x 5120x1440 Ultra wide monitors, latest drivers on video card, Nvidia 527.56 for RTX 4090. Does not seem to happen as much if I minimize windows open on the remote desktop. As soon as I open MS Teams, Outlook, Edge, Powershell ISE - flashing, blinking, refresh screen occurs about every 30 seconds on both Monitors. Is MS aware of this issue?
