Web Client "New Client" preview diagonal lines

Diagonal lines and low colour resolution show across the AVD rail or desktop screen when using the Web Client "new client" preview on external monitors.  Either turning the "new client" off, or moving the window to the builtin display and maximizing the window clears the diagonal lines and colour issues.  Issue observed using MS-Edge and Firefox.
