We can’t use Teams microphone and Video when we have a meeting through Windows Virtual Desktop.

We are making improvements to the Teams on WVD experience that will optimize audio and video streaming. These improvements will be documented when released.

We only plan to support remote audio/video scenarios over VDI (Virtualized Desktop Infrastructure) solutions such as Citrix, VMware, and the forthcoming Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktop in Azure. We don't plan to support it over Windows Virtual Desktop. The RDP protocol wasn't really designed for this type of use case.
