VMs on Android

I don't have a computer, and it'll be a bit before I can afford one. However, I do have an Android 8 point something tablet, an iOS 9.3.5 iPod Touch that acts as my phone, a Roku Streaming Stick, and an Xbox One S. Is there any way I can install any version of Windows, 95 and newer, onto one or more of those devices without the use of a computer and without messing up the operating systems already on there?
