Virtual machine disconnections

Hello, i'm having an issues with disconnections for the users on the virtual machine, the disconnections are not frequent, but i have been unable to resolve the problem, i've checked the Azure Monitor and the Windows event logs but haven't been able to identify the issue, do you  know how this can be fixed?
