Getting: "User is not authorized to query the management service" when running command

Add-RdsAppGroupUser customer.onmicrosoft.com ClientHostPool "Desktop Application Group" -UserPrincipalName xxxx-admin@xxxxxxx.com

Can you please help us understand why it's throwing this error?

RonanM What account are you using to connect to WVD service via the add-rdsaccount? is an account that already has permissions as RDS owner on the tenant
