Users with windows 7/8.1 using personal devices unable to connect WVD
Hi All did anyone observed devices running with windows 7/8.1 is not able to launch WVd instance with below error
There was a problem connecting to the remote resource, ask your network administrator for help
- At what point does this error appear? when subscribing to the workspace or launching a remote app \ desktop?
Would need a bit more info of the error \ your set up to help.Durrante while trying to subscribe they started receiving it

This is to do with the latest client only supporting TLS 1.2.
You'll need to manually enable it on your Windows 7 clients, this one seemed to slip under the radar with the latest release:
