User is not able to log onto AVD

Hello All,

Hope you are doing great,

Two users in our environment are unable to log into Azure AVD from their machines "Kept on Saying Invalid credentials". Both of them recently had their laptop's touchpads replaced, and since then, they have been unable to log into AVD. However, they can log into AVD from different machines without any issues.

Please provide your valuable advice on this matter.

Br

Kidd_Ipmy users are able to access from the web but not any of the remote applications. Something changed. They all use MFA

Have you checked the compliance status of the new laptops in Entra ID? We had the same issue in the past. Proper registration or join of the client solved it. The error message regarding the invalid credentials was misleading.

Hopefully @ravikumar8830 this is resolved, inspect your sign-in logs as HelenaKohler has suggested, you should see the failure reason on the logs. It sounds like there's an MFA that does a device-join status or compliance status and this isn't met yet as these machines are new and probably not Entra joined or Intune managed for compliance.
