Upgrade Windows 10 to 11
What is the best approach to upgrade Windows 10 Host Pools to Windows 11 Multisession?
Users rely on Teams, Office, OneDrive, Printers, etc. I’ve heard reports that upgrading can cause issues with user profiles and that the recommended approach is to "start from scratch."
Does anyone have any reference documentation or experiences they can share?

I believe in place upgrades are only supported on personal host pools, upgrading multisession hosts is not. Azure Virtual Desktop FAQ - Azure | Microsoft Learn

We have done multiple multi-session host upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11. It is a pain but possible :)

Best way is to deploy parallel AVD with windows 11 OS for some pilot users and test all your application on that test machines. if using fslogix for user profile there will not be any issue is moving from windows 10 to windows 11

Agreed, the best way is to deploy a new AVD HostPool with Windows 11 image and run pilot user tests.
You can use the same FSLogix profile container.
When moving from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and you are not using the Custom Image Template builder in AVD, now is a good time to start using this nice feature within AVD.
