Hello.
We are operating an AVD environment with multiple win 11 multi user based session hosts. Our users also experienced this with the same error. We uninstalled the march cummulative update, after that the issue seems resolved. There is some kind of rdp issue. It is unclear the real root cause (least to me). If you do not have admin access to the servers, ask your IT for help. I do not think it is an end user issue.
