refreshing the feed
resetting user data
uninstalling and reinstalling
I work internally here and don't know who to contact as helpdesk told me to do the...

Hi,
Check Permissions: If you have access to any internal admin tools or can reach someone in IT beyond the helpdesk, verify your account’s permissions for the resource. Look into whether your department’s access rights have been altered recently.
Clear Cached Credentials: Open Credential Manager (on Windows) and remove any stored Remote Desktop credentials. Then, retry the connection and input your login details fresh.
