resubscribing
refreshing the feed
resetting user data
uninstalling and reinstalling
I work internally here and don't know who to contact as helpdesk told me to do the...
Can you provide more information on your setup? If this session host is an Azure VM, are you able to view its details in Azure? You can often see issues there in the Virtual Desktop blade.
