Unable to Access WVD from Windows 7 computer

Hi, 

 

We set up WVD for some of our users.

 

The users with a Windows 10 computer can access the Windows Virtual Desktop successfully, however the users with a Windows 7 (Professional) computer have reported that they cannot access WVD and the error that they receive is "An internal error has occured". A screenshot has also been attached of the error.

 

The users downloaded the client from the official website - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/connect-windows-7-10

Please note that the WVD Access works fine while using the web url - 

 

Can anybody please advise what could be causing the error, would appreciate your help. Thanks!

    Hello, thank you for your feedback. This is not currently an issue in the latest public version of the client, 1.2.1524, please update to this version.
