Troubleshoot MAC client gateway orchestration error

I’ve been running into an issue for users running the MAC client, the error that the you were unable to connect to a remote gateway due to an orchestration error seems to keep popping up, however users can log in via the web client successfully.

Any advice on how I should troubleshoot this further ?
