Tool to migrate from Azure Virtual Desktop (Classic) to ARM Generally Available

The PowerShell commands to migrate Azure Virtual Desktop (classic) metadata to Azure Virtual Desktop are now generally available. To learn more about migrating your existing deployment and start migrating to ARM, see Migrate automatically from Azure Virtual Desktop (classic). 

Now that the tools are available to help with the migration from Classic to ARM, the team is taking feedback to understand what would keep customers from migrating to ARM.
