When a user logs out, the Local_ folder remains.
In the logs I see:
Error removing directory: C:\Users\local_Makeev\AppData\Local\Microsoft (The folder is not empty.)
Event ID 26.

We often have the same problem. I am currently testing the delproof tool with a daily reboot.
