Teams Purple fuzzy

Hello we are using WVD on NV6 vm's. We are having in issue where often when in a Teams video meeting the screen will go purple and image goes all fuzzy. We have also noticed this happening when viewing streaming video content?

    Mark Taranto  Hi Mark,

     

    Did you find a solution for this? We are experiencing the exact same issue in WVD.

     

    It seems the issue affects users connected to WVD configured with nvidia Tesla M60 graphics... 

     

    RDP client is up to date : RemoteDesktop_1.2.1104.0_x64

     

    UPDATE - problem was fixed by changing policy - see following link -  https://help.nerdio.net/hc/en-us/articles/360028435151-How-do-I-fix-distorted-purple-or-various-artifacts-on-my-screen
