Teams Optimization on AVD not working with Azure Stack HCI

we are currently evaluating AVD on Azure Stack HCI. We just tried to enable Teams Optimization for AVD but it's not working.

 

I guess we followed the correct setup order:

- Created Registry Key IsWVDEnvironment

- Installed latest C++ Runtime

- Intalled latest WebRTC Service

- Intstalled Teams machine wide installer

 

We don't see the banner 'Azure Virtual Desktop Media optimized' but it's strange that the banner doesn't show the message 'Azure Virtual Desktop Media not connected'.

We're currently testing on Win 11 Multisession (22H2) on Azure Stack HCI. Is Teams Optimization supported on Azure Stack HCI? Or has anyone else tested it?
