Stuck on Securing Remote Desktop Connection

Our MSRDC Clients have been experiencing issues launching desktops getting stuck on "securing remote desktop connection". Eventually the client will time out with the below error, but nothing is logged in AVD Insights for the attempted connection and subsequent failure.

Many of our users are provisioned to multiple host pools. A work around for this behavior is to launch another desktop, and come back to the failed desktop.

If they receive the error on Desktop A, then launch Desktop B, Desktop B will launch successfully. After a successful launch of Desktop B they can then immediately go back and launch Desktop A without error.

Anybody else experiencing this?
