[Service Update]: Windows Virtual Desktop enhanced with new capabilities in the latest update.

With the latest update, we have added the following capabilities:

1.Users in that regions connecting to VMs deployed in the named geographies will notice improved session experience:

1. Lower connection latencies for Japan geo in the production environment - You can check preliminary latency results using our experience estimator - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/virtual-desktop/assessment/
2. Lower connection latencies for AUS, APAC, India, and Brazil geos in the validation environment - If you want to test the user connection latency and you have users connecting from and near these geos, please create/ use host pool with the validationenv parameter enabled. 2.Fixed issues where force logging off users from a session host didn’t work
