Seem to have lost WVD mgt app url resource in azure

Hi

As above.  After playing with the newer version and removing one of the older classic deployments of wvd i think i may have removed the two items required for the mgt app in azure for wvd.

The url i was using https://ux-mgt-app-wvd.azurewebsites.net/ now shows  site cannot be reached.

Ideas on how to fix?
