RemoteApps opened in RDWeb requiring users to hit "Show Details"
When users connect to any of our remoteapps via RDWeb, they end up stuck at this "Configuring remote connection" prompt for about a full minute, unless they click "Show Details", which brings them in...
This “Configuring remote connection” hang in RDWeb is a known issue with the HTML5 Remote Desktop Web Client. It often occurs when additional prompts (like legal disclaimers or MFA challenges) delay the handshake. Clicking Show Details forces the client to refresh the connection state, which is why it jumps straight to login. Updating the RDWeb client to the latest build and testing without disclaimers/MFA is the right troubleshooting path.
