in the meantime I had tested a Lenovo ThinClient with the Igel UMS software 11.10.100. We had the same errors as with ThinPro. Which version are you using?

we are using the latest version which is i think v12.05.110.
We have a nice contact from Igel which i can probably send you if you are interested.
I think it would save you time to check with him directly, if Igel is an option.

- Nope, Igel doesn't do any hardware anymore. We are still using HP Thinclients t630, t640 and t655.
Also you don't need to install an UMS server if you just want to test with one Thinclient. You can install the IgelOS and have 30 days to test everything. You just need to configure it on the device itself. But for your first test it's probably enough.
Btw, why didn't you took the IgelOS 12? - ... did you change hardware from HP to ... ?
