aaronmountford 15-20 users per VM!! on a D4 what are they doing on there (outlook/teams/web etc)? as recommendation is 2 per cop so D4 = 8, i have found realistically 7 on a D4 is more accurate and comfortable.
I cant image putting 15 on a single D4.
StevenR You'd be horrified with the fact we have 4 full desktop users and a further 8-15 remote app users connecting to a single B4ms then. It works well and costs next to nothing in our experience.

If you run on 21H1 or newer, also make sure your running latest FSLogix, you should be fine now as I no longer see these issues in any of my deployments over the last 4-5 months, there were quite a number of updates from Microsoft that came out specifically addressing these issues.
- WOW that is a push, have you ran any optimisation prior to deployment.
