RDWebClient printing twice

Hi everyone,

 

I just installed RDWebClient on a Windows Server 2025 Broker/gateway

Everything is working just fine, except the printing.

 

When I click "Print" on any software (paint or Word or even a file from the explorer.exe), it downloads two files, the first is empty (0kb) and the second is the real file.

From the console logs, I get two blob jobs, and on my host server I only see one print job.

 

So the RDWebClient seems to trigger two printing jobs, but can't seem to find why.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello,

    What do you mean by RDWebClient Settings for print redirection ? Like in the Collection on the Broker Server ?

    Already tested on Edge, Chrome and Firefox, same results :(

    Already done that as well, tried to reinstall too :/

    If you have any other idea, don't hesitate :)

    Any chance on the following:

     

    • Check RDWebClient Settings such as print redirection setting
    • Test Different Browsers 
    • Update RDWebClient to the latest

      Hi,

       

      • Where do I find print redirection setting in RDWebClient ? I know one is in the Collection settings, but I don't know where to find this one.
      • Already tried (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), same results.
      • Already done, tried to reinstall too but continue to download two files.

       

      I also tried to act on the main.js to block the empty file, but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
