Printing from within Virtual PC

I am trying to print from my virtual pc (Windows XP Mode) and I keep on getting an error message.

If I try to ping the IP of the printer, from the virtual PC, it says Destination host unreachable. If I try to ping or print from Windows, it works fine..

Any suggestions?
