XxArkayxX , the sync window setting should only ever be disabled when the policy is set. It sounds like you're using an Office image which has this set by default. If you open the registry, you should see the setting under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\cached mode
