DUMPDUMPY : Regarding #3 (Password hash), our team doesn't have specific guidance. I'd defer to Azure AD Connect and their guidance on password hash: https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/active-directory/hybrid/how-to-connect-password-hash-synchronization .
