MSIX App Attach - Powershell scripts

Hello all,

In the following link, MS provides scripts for staging, registering, destaging, and deregistering MSIX packages in VHD files. However, I've been able to mount VHDs and run applications without having to use scripts. Is this documentation now outdated and no longer needed since this documentation came out and was being suggested during public preview early last year?
