MS Teams Audio/Video Redirect support for Windows 11 on Azure AD Joined AVD?

Media optimization (Audio/Video redirection) is supported on Windows 11 AVD. Please make sure you clear the cache and set up the correct reg key before launching Teams so that Teams recognizes the environment with the reg key.

For clearing the cache: first, make sure Teams is not running. Then on the VM side, delete %appdata%/Microsoft/Teams directory (when you restart Teams, it will want you to login and will recreate the cache as part of that). Then follow the “Prepare you image for Teams” here (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/teams-on-avd) to set up the reg key.
