Microsoft remote desktop: something went wrong we couldn't authenticate you - 0x80270301

All of a sudden I'm getting this error from my Remote Desktop

When I tried to reinstall it from the Microsoft store, it also had the problem

    had same error message and in my case the Firewall blocks URLs to avd services

    This error message usually indicates an issue the connection between the client and server. Some steps that can be taken to resolve the issue are:

    Make sure that Remote Desktop client is up to date
    make sure your firewall is allowing communication towards azure virtual desktop services
    If the issue persists, try using another device or network to connect to the remote computer.
    If nothing works, try reinstalling the Remote Desktop app on both or use web client
