iOS RD Client - Static Client Name

Hi all, 

 

There’s a quirk of the application to always pass through ‘iPad’ or ‘iPhone’ as the client/host name regardless of the client/host set in iOS. 

 

This is causing issues when multiple RD sessions coming from different devices having that identical client name creates problems in applications, not share resources/caches correctly. 

Due to this, with numerous applications, they are not able to open on more than device. 

Hoping to get this resolved with the app parsing the devices client name and/or a setting within the app to configure it.

    I would like to throw my hat into the ring here, this is also causing issues for us with a piece of software that detects 2 iPads being logged in as “Hostname not unique” this means that only one iPad user can use the software. Can we please get a fix for this? Maybe append a random string to the end of the hostname or anything really
