Host Pool deployments are successful but fails to publish in the web/windows client

I have successfully deployed the Azure WVD 2020 version. Host pool and application deployments are successful but I can't seem to be able to publish the apps to the web or windows client. I have tried assigning the application group to the global administrator account and even to a normal account without any success. 

On the windows client, I can see the desktop and apps but i can't open them .

On the web client (https://aka.ms/wvdweb), I can't see any of the published apps or desktops available but I keep on getting this error: 

"It looks like your system administrator hasn’t set up any resources for "" yet. Please choose a different account or try again. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact your system administrator."

Please help!!!
