The first thing I would check is to make sure you have the relevant Antivirus exclusion in place. It is common for these not to be configured so the AV Client has a lock on the VHDX File so it cannot be released upon logoff.
I would also check to see if you use Cloud Cache as this can also sometimes cause issues, and of course make sure you are running the very latest version of FSLogix 🙂

I will check about our "NEW"antivirus (Microsoft Defender) and keep you informed.
I am using the latest version of FSLGIX (2.9.8612.60056)
