What version of OneDrive is everyone using that is having this issue? We used 24.156.0804.0002 version and issues were resolved. OneDrive Product Group has an ICM to investigate and correct the issue.
Have you tried Deferred Ring 24.132.0701.0002 or 24.070.0407.0003 or Production Ring 24.161.0811.0001 ?

Uninstall OneDrive
Add Host File Entry to block updates from oneclient.sfx.ms
Install OneDrive version 24.156.0804.0002 OneDriveSetup.exe /allusers
Verify version is still 24.156.0804.0002

Sorry Wise_1, followed the steps, uninstalled the latest version, updated the host file entry and then installed the older version. Same issue persisted 😞
