We saw the delay even with 1 user after a reboot using the newest version.
If you have any additional data or can replicate it let me know and I will add the info to the support ticket and ICM.
We'll soon be deploying this to 1 prod box to gauge performance. Bit painful since we can't replicate in lower environments. Will keep you posted. Appreciate all the assistance here!
