Error when provisionning an host pool in Canada East

Hello,

I tried the template to provision an host pool but as soon as I select "Canada East" as region the menu disappears. (refer screenshot.)

I tried with other regions, "Canada East" is the only one which does not work well for me.

That's not a big issue, just wanted to report it.
