Error "Oops, we couldn't connect to "HostPoolName"
I read a few similar errors on this forum but did not get the straight answer yet. Any help is apprecaited. What is the issue with this error.
Oops, we couldn't connect to "HostPoolName"
We couldn't connect to the gateway because of an error. If this keeps happening, ask your admin or tech support for help.

azureuser2019 it is a general error message that could mean many things. Does this user have an on prem account and a cloud account? Is a AADC server connecting your on prem environment to office 365? Has the user been given rights to the host pool default desktop group?
