Please verify Registry Settings below:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FSLogix\Profiles
  • SwapDirectoryNameComponents = 1
  • FlipFlopProfileDirectoryName = 1

Yes, We do have below setting but swap setting is not applied. Want to confirm that most of the users user profile with username_SID only but for 4-5 users there are two profile created one is with Username_SID and SID_Username even after resetting the userprofile it will recreate the SID_username this again.

  • FlipFlopProfileDirectoryName = 1
