How are you pushing the FS Logix settings to session hosts - Intune or GPO?
What version of FS Logix is running on session hosts? :)

We are pushing these setting through GPO. Also, we are managing AVD via Nerdio as well but we havn't configured these setting from Nerdio for fslogix.

    If you using it via Nerdio then check if any case you applied some settings under host pool properties.

    You can also try to have another pool for testing with another storage and test.

    Have you checked for valid replication between domain controllers. If you changed this setting in GPO at some point and you have 2 domain controllers not replicating GPO changes (broken sysvol replication), this could lead to the issue you are seeing. 

     

    You can create a new GPO on domain controller 1 and go to the local sysvol folder on domain controller 2 (C:\Windows\SYSVOL) and see if the new GPO is created within the policydefinitions folder.
