duplicate fslogix profile issue

Please verify Registry Settings below:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FSLogix\Profiles- SwapDirectoryNameComponents = 1
- FlipFlopProfileDirectoryName = 1
Only FlipFlop = 1setting is applied. Why only for 4-5 users having two user profile created sometime user session connected to SID_username profile or sometime it connect to username_SID.
Due to that user data getting lost and we have to copy the data from another profile.
What setting needs to be set if we only have user profile with Username_sid
Yes, We do have below setting but swap setting is not applied. Want to confirm that most of the users user profile with username_SID only but for 4-5 users there are two profile created one is with Username_SID and SID_Username even after resetting the userprofile it will recreate the SID_username this again.
