Braguzz : Can you confirm the region/location where the Azure Image object exists? And can you confirm the region/location where you're attempting to build the host pool? For VM creation to work, these must be the same. (This is an Azure resource constraint)

    I tried to build direcly from a disk image and not from a captured image.
